RESOURCES FOR COACHES
In this section my hope is to drop all of the most helpful resources for coaches. To get this started, I will share a warm up for tournament golf created by Bob Rotella and an "Easy Guide to the Etiquette, Handicapping and Rules of Golf." If anything seems noteworthy like the "Rules of Golf Level 1" online course, I will give that its own tab.

Bob Rotella's 25 Minute Pre-Game Warm-up
For each drill complete the tasks recommended or stop at the 5 minute mark. If you are struggling to complete the task, just ensure you finish on a positive note (ie. Sinking a putt or pitching it close.)
If time allows, hit some balls at the range. Decide on your swing thought, playing focus or process goal for the day and try playing the first few holes to targets on the range. En route to the first tee, make a few 6 footers and then go have fun.
- Around the world/Clock Game. 3 foot putts in a clock formation (4 or 6 positions.) You need to sink 4 or six putts in a row to finish, if you are a single handicap you need to hole 8 to 12.
- Leave 3 tees down to give you a 3 foot circle reference. Drop 1 ball (or 2 for single handicap players) at 7, 10 and 13 steps/yards (21, 30 and 39 feet) from the hole. You have completed the drill when you get all 3 or six balls in the 3 foot circle. Sinking a putt cancels out a miss.
- 7 to 15 yard chips. With the same 3 tees around the hole, chip three randomly dropped balls around the green. If you are a single handicap ensure that you have a variety of lies to chip from. Same as drill #2 you are done when you get all balls in the 3 foot circle, again a holed chip makes up for a miss.
- Pitches, Lobs or Bunker shots from 10 to 20 yards. Set-up the same 3 tee configuration for reference. You need to put 2 of the 4 balls within 3 feet or hole one of them.
