RCGA Rules of Golf

Coaches continue to do there best in teaching students how to play tournament golf.  With that being said students often do not take advantage of the rules to the full extent and sometimes do not know if they have more than one option with a dropped ball.  As well, students will unknowingly disqualify themselves for not adhering to the rules of golf.
